Brasserie frying pans are made of cast iron, which is perfect for frying at high temperatures

The frying pan has a traditional wooden handle that provides a good grip. The pan is ready to use immediately and works on all hobs.

The porcelain enamel coating protects the pot against rust and makes the product easier to maintain. The wooden handle should be removed if the pan is used in an oven.

- Hand wash only.
- Can withstand metal utensils.
- Oven safe up to 280 °C.

5 mm thick base. The handle must be removed before placing it in the oven, this can be done with a spanner as it is screwed very tightly for safety reasons.
